From concept to production:

Together with our partners, we build a tailor-made collection proposal, following a structured process:

• Collection briefing to define goals and creative direction
• Creation of collection structure and merchandising plan
• Analysis of trends corresponding to the brand
• Moodboard proposal and color charts
• Sketches
• Presentation of proposals to the brand client for approval and review

Once the proposals to be made into collections or capsules have been chosen, FTM’s partner companies are able to make samples and, upon request, also manage the production of orders.
